LDL isn't your enemy, it's your triglyceride level divided by your HDL that should be under the ratio of 2. Your LDL can be as high as you want, as long as your Tri/HDL is under 2. I can't believe ppl is still buying this lie. You don't seem to understand that even working out will increase your LDL, the more you work out the higher your LDL.
