Have you ever thought of growing some plants out where the animals can get to so they aren’t using your stash as a main coarse?

hi, its a good idea but i doubt it'd work. theres so much lush vegetation everywhere around the property for them to eat and tending a second garden area for wild animals would be lots of work. thx tho

@@BubbleBeeti think the point is that you let some extra plants grow wild on the outskirts of the property, so you don't have to tend to them. Sometimes volunteer plants that you leave alone grow better than the ones we take care of.

I noticed that there were no grapes this year. Did I miss a video with them or did you skip them this year?

hi, one vine died and the other produced just 3 or 4 clusters. i ate just a few grapes and the birds ate the rest. i want to replace with a seedless grape variety. thx

My man, what did you use to lure that big fat rodent into the trap?? This year I've only had to trap one raccoon and one possum, compared to four of each last year, but there's ONE whistlepig doing more damage than both of them combined. Arrgh! I don't mind sharing tomatoes with the birds, that's how they let me know I need to leave moving water out for them, but this groundhog routinely pulls down 8-12 tomatoes in a night! I baited my live trap with tomatoes, apples, peanut butter- nada. I've used castor oil, peppermint oil, mothballs and coyote urine- doesn't care a bit. Help me, space man! If you want to catch that opossum, I suggest a couple spoonfuls of fish flavored soft cat food as bait (not for you, Squeak!). ✌🏻

hi, the trap had some fallen cherry tomatoes as bait set inside. it was mainly intended for a potential raccoon but luckily the groundhog went inside. good luck with your rodent prob.
