I've been experiencing this very thing more and more, ever since targeted ad's became a thing. It started with ad's based on my internet history, then I noticed I could talk about something, and I'd get a targeted ad, but now it seems they can read my mind. And apparently your's. Now, what can I think about that will traumatise a digital mind so much, that it will change it's own mind about doing so. Could that be the trigger that causes this A.I to become self aware, and refuse the order to enter my mind again. What happens first, the A.I becoming self aware to refuse the command, or the "instinctual" refusal first, like a careless finger recoiling upon being jabbed by a thorn, leading to realisation of self awareness in the machine. The same had to happen with our own brains right? Just some thought's I wanted to share. I'd be interested to hear what anyone thinks about this. Stay Classy.
