    I have the windmill mirror cube. It was much harder to solve than I expected, too. The confusing part is that three of the four side faces have vertical lines and one has horizontal lines. There is also a parity, which you didn’t get in your solve.

  • @AndrewTyberg

    @AndrewTyberg

    5 жыл бұрын

    The parity is when the top or bottom center is rotated 90°, and you have to swap two identical pieces to fix it.

    I felt this month was a bit of a mixed bag, I liked the windmill cube, it turned really nice and was overall a fun twist on 3x3, but i was pretty disappointed by the discrete pyraminx 2x2, it looked so cool but it is so hard to move because of how floppy it is, the piece s move everywhere from a tiny touch, it isnt practical for me to solve or scramble it.

    it could allow your fan base to interact with each other and talk about there cubing experience. the reason i would use discord is because its easy to use and its easy to start using, anyone could just join and have fun talking about there interests and how cubing is fun to them. not much else than that, but this is just a thought

    For algorithms i start with white side (Ri,Di,R,D) until white and the squares below it are solved then i do the opposite side on top (R,U,Ri,U,R,U2,Ri) (always keep the white and other color in bottom left, except for opposite side if two are stacked) and finally keep the opposite on top, and solve any sides if you can, then do(Ri,F,Ri,Bi2,R,Fi,R,Bi2,R2,Bi2, and turn it to where its solved
