How are they so sure that he is innocent; if he is glaringly/obviously innocent (as they put it) then how did he find himself entangled in this whole matter? Sometimes we must just accept that our most trusted and beloved relatives, or even friends, might have a darker side that we cant ever imagine of them.

Lie detector test does not provide reliable evidence. There are lots & lots of culprits in companies who went thru polygraphy test & passed. And, those who are innocent but fails dis test due to phobia related behaviors

No he (Judge Tshifhiwa Maumela) is not removed from the case...what is happening now is bail proceedings infront of a different judge being (Deputy Judge President A. Ledwaba)...when the trial resumes next week we will see Judge Maumela again. 28 April 2023

Iya truely the lawyer himself could HV fixed the application from the beginning 😥 reconfirmed the addresses ,speak to the former employer regarding confirmation of work and address ,a lot of avenues to try n really help could HV been utilised ,I guess it is an application you can't pride yourself in we need lawyers who are passionate,investigate wether paid or not it's about human life n the end you will be paid .....disappointed 😢😢

He doesnt appear confused about the things that are read about him. I think stating that he was at work while he was not, ruins his whole defence. This guy may know exactly who commited the murder or possibly these guys were hired by somebody who may be rich and so gets off the hook!
