In the interest of justice the person who informed Sgt Mokgane that Ntanzi is in possession of a cellphone in the cells should be subpoenaed to come and give his or her evidence as we are told that Ntanzi was kept alone in cell because of Covid-19...this must not be a faceless person...it is highly improbable that the arresting officers did not search the accused and confiscated everything in his possession including cellphone as they also viewed him as a very dangerous person...the state must not present suspicious evidence here...
