These all Defense Lawyers are USELESS. They are busy looking for KELLY instead of trying to get their clients not guilty. Let us assume we bring tomorrow KELLY straight to jail for 50 years. Will this action help the accused? Certainly not. If BALOYI has no evidences, just say the accused didn't make certain action. If BALOY has evidence, work out to rebate. Simply as that. For example, now BALOY'S TEAM proved one of the accused lied to Court saying he was away for a year out of GP while he was around in the Province. What is the Defense saying abate it? The Police Official GYNINDA said on his testimony, that the accused mentioned KK on his confession. What evidences match this statement? In law, one cannot simply come up with accusations without evidence. For me, the widow is beyond this murdering and since the target was KELLY and things went WRONG; she may have instructed the accused to try to implicate KELLY.

Tjoooo as much as I want justice,now am almost convinced that these 5 men are innocent atleast in this case.

The Judge even went far, by saying he will be available should there be any need for his intervention. He gave the example of BALOYI not supplying certain document or information. He granted that the Defense Lawyers will start fresh the cross examination.
