It is very clear that the state is clutching on straws. That's why they are doing everything in their power to avoid confronting the elephant in the room :Calling the real people who can really come to share the light on who really killed Senzo, and that question would have been answered a long time ago by summoning those who were inside the house on the day of the incident. That is the essence of the case, not bank statements of the accused and whether they know each other or whether they were found in possession of cellular phones while in prison. Why is the state willing to call fringe witnesses in the form of police who took the buccal DNA evidence to prove something that is not even related to the actual incident of 26 October 2014 and yet, they have no passion to call the actual witnesses who were present to come and testify about what they saw firsthand about the real reason court is sitting? Is this still about justice, or is it about pinning the case on the poor fall guys who must really take the blame in order to protect whoever it is the state desires to protect at the expense of getting justice for Senzo meyiwa? I mean if this was not a shoddy way to cover-up, why is the state not keen to give Kelly her day in court? Not necessarily as the accused, but just as a witness, period. And in the process, she could share with us why it was necessary to clean the crime scene, debrief by wiping out Senzo 's phone, and why she did a simswipe on Senzo' s phone. Maybe she can also share on why DNA exonerated all the accused from the crime scene. And just for interest 'sake, she can explain why her cell phone was in conversation with one of the accused. Surely there is no harm in that, or is there...? Viva the truth viva justice. 🇿🇦🔥🔥

Clantis there's more, we missed winking of the eye by ratha to the witness & baloyi? Another strange thing we didn't pay attention to is the mumbling by judge with the witnesses like there has been some memorizing of a script. I just didn't note the areas where these happened but will go back to note them.

I've never heard Ratha repremind Baloi, but when the defense tries to present their evidence he shouts at them as if he's talking to his labourers

As I have been saying, there has been a lot of technical errors right from the investors, to the arrest, to the evidence furnished, so this case is lost to the state, no matter how Ratha could seem he's siding with the defense. Ratha knows this very well, that's why I tend to believe that it's his strategy to trap the state. 🤞 I've also been saying that this is just being dragged and wasting public resources, since the trial within a trial, it's exhausting, that's why we are now impatient. But mark my words, it will end in tears for the state.
