The investigation in the beginning was very shoddy! I honestly thought that one of them in the house was the one who killed Senzo and it doesn't surprise me that Kelly was the one who ordered the hit. She should be locked up and the key thrown away!!

Kelly is the only person who must tell the public the truth...no one else including the judge or the prosecutor

But on a serious note, a lot of will be arrested here. 1. Senzos friend, Zandi , Londwe and Kellys mom for keeping this information from the court 👀 2. The police who messed around with the evidence from the crime scene 3. The one who went to Kellys and Senzos cellphone service provider and deleted all communication around the time of the killing 4. Cellphone prover for deleting the communication from their backup data. 5. Chico Twala for keeping mum about the killing and not calling the police when he was first made aware of senzos death 6. Falsely accusing people and having them assaulted for not accepting the to take the blame. Yoh ai I'm exhausted already 🙌 Kelly is dangerous and well loved and connected shem smh, Also there was no need for sacrificing senzos she was going to make it either way. Shortcuts guys are not worth it. Long-term wise.

The court would believe this kind of witness maybe better.

@@vusibiyela6032 It was while they were still pushing for the second docket. Court was adjourned for Adv Msho to get a response from the NPA regarding that. Also, this is still a trial-within-a-trial - to be confined to the admissibility of statements made. The main trial is currently on pause and by law should be insulated from the t-w-t. Any issues related to the merits, such as involving Kelly, her family and the events during the shooting, should be reserved for the main trial. Why the defense keeps sneaking the merits in at this stage, only they themselves know.

Such evidence cannot be by law be led here. [Additionally, leading merit evidence during a twt would likely jeopardise the accused's case]. 3) Let's see when the trial restarts whether that evidence would be objected to again. If objected to again, the state would be obliged to furnish reasons.

I don't understand our justice system really.. why haven't the people who where there in the house at the time if the murder not being in court ???? Corruption

This has been clear from day one but the law decided to move slowly 10 years down the line they are now coming out with the truth.

I always wondered, if Kelly is innocent and keen to have Senzo’s killers, why is it her actions following the incident suggest otherwise! She seems too keen to put a distance between herself and the incident to the point where she didn’t want to speak to the cops, she wanted to go away ‘for a while’ and then she lawyered up very quickly! Although lawyers will always tell you that you need a lawyer especially when you are innocent, that is not usually the first instinct of an innocent person!

I have never come across such a complex case such as this one! Yho! I wonder what Kelly will say in her defense 😮

But in the beginning of this case, Longwe's calls were traced to the accused premises. Few blocks from Kelly's mother's house. The exact premises where the police arrested them and found the gun that was used in killing Senzo. Corruption at it's all time high! Someone's being protected. Longwe in an interview made some questionable remarks. 1. He ran out of the house without his phone when the two man came in, to which he knew Senzo was shot. 2. Longwe ran out of the house with his phone but couldn't call the cops because he was scared. Longwe's sim was traced to the exact renting place of the accused where the gun used to execute Senzo was found with phones and money and other guns as well. Longwe's call log showed that a call that was traced to the accused before the execution of Senzo. Why was Kelly never called to the witness stand? Where's the evidence that proves that Kelly made a call and a payment to the accused? If there was evidence against Kelly, why is she not arrested? Court showed rather provide evidence that will back the Affidavit against accused as well as for the mastermind behind the killing of Senzo.

Baloyi make it clear that he's protecting Kelly by saying the name must not disclosed they need to warn her thet her name will be mentioned in court

they must call her to testify in this case of senzo

if i killed someone, then i made a confession and signed such, without being held hostage or tortured to doing so, how do i turn back and engage lawyers back on forth....these are grown ups who i believe they knew what comes with them confessing if at all they did it at their own will, unless they just want to frustrate everyone or probably try their luckiness by changes stories...my conclusion is there was torture to confession...we all know that's what is done by the police and investigation team
