It is true,but we all need to help Teffo & he get counselling as well,today's witness further threw the state's case in dissaray bcos he told the court that the deceased wouldn't reach 5 minutes with the wound he sustained,basically meaning that when they took him to hospital,he might have already departed bcos his body was abnormally too heavy

Judge why not allowing the dr to respond ,rather than give your own version.. why intervening with your own assertions

Eye witnesses are the most unreliable witnesses, hence the court resorts to forensic evidence bcoz it's a factual or conclusive evidence and no lawyer can win against it cos it's irrebuttable, they can only ask around in the manner was collected that's all......I loved that profession❤❤❤❤❤❤

Even disappointed by Mshololo, I thought she would dwell on the absence of blood smudge on the floor, showing the clean up of the scene

So that question from the state of how long it took for the bullet to pass through and how long it took for the victim to start bleeding is meant to explain why the bullet found was clean. I have never heard of any more ridiculous proposition

This case😢😢 how possible is it that there is exit wound on the back of the deceased and there was no blood on the floor, and we are made to believe that all the blood got absorbed on the clothes and contained in the chest😢😢 or am I lost...there should be a pool of blood where the deceased was found lying.

If a person is shot whether contact or not,with exit wound there can never be no blood on the surroundings. Definitely there was a cleanup

The judge criticized Advocate Mnisi for having been to a school that did not Teach he English Language the wayhe had learnt English. While he himself uses the word Diction instead of vocabulary.He thanked Adv.Baloi for borrowing him some books.The correct word is lending.

The Prosecution has mountain to climb: Position of the bullet entrance, blood stains drippings and cleaning of scene. The six adults inside the house have a lot to explain. Were their clothes have blood stains or droplet? Who was the first to pick the late Senzo after first bullet entrance? The Pathologist did not give the time of death, its opportunity missed.😮😮😮😮😮😮😢😢

He actually died from cardiac arrest and Respiratory arrest, the cause of which being Hypovolemia from heamorrhagic shock, Massive Hemothorax and Right lung lacerations from a penetrating projectile(Bullet). The death certifying form should have direct (primary) cause of death and related (secondary) cause of death as well as any other known illnesses, chronic or acute.

It is protocol(Hpcsa) to assume damage of the spinal cord at any trauma emergency therefore, it is lawful practice as a first aid emergency attendant to rather encourage to call the Ambulance and let the "stretcher" scenario according to miss Lovely Mshololo(Hot btw) be the better alternative. The fact that the medical expert here in his field has an opinon which rather compromse's the spinal cord is dodgy. In his declaration of this he has compromised his ethical standing.
