This trial doesn't have way forward. We are listen to things doesn't help court to take a decision but instead witness and accused lawyer want to show us that they know the law which doesn't help with this trial. We need supported evidence to point out who is guilty or not.

This Affidavit does not say he gave his first confession under Raphadu, he further says on the 19th after he was found with ammunition he voluntarilty asked to confess, mind you the ammunition case was dismissed before he wrote this affidavit. Gininda misled the Magistrate.

What Gininda is saying in his statement is a mere motivation go obtain warrant, it's not undisputed evidence. He was taking chances with this statement, error was made a magistrate to issue that warrant because in my opinion there was insufficient evidence but rather suspicion
