Lots of unhappy customers: "When project owners are campaigning, they are not tired of sending info around, however, when shipping time comes they exhibit exactly the opposite attitide - we are SO busy, we can’t answer any of your concerns. I posted my question 3 days ago and I still haven’t got an answer - why my contribution # 383 was ignored, while people who contributed much later (like 12XX) already got their products. This is how the whole concept of crowdfunding is losing (or has already lost) its appeal to many". THEY SEEM TO STRESS OUT PEOPLE WHO DECIDED TO TRY THEIR PRODUCT.NOT GOOD AND DISRESPECTFUL.

Hi Alicia thanks for your comment. I’m so sorry that you’re unhappy with their customer service... I am sure that this is teething issues due to volume because in all my dealings with Bioself they always seem genuinely focused on getting the pebble out there and making a difference. I’m sure you’ll get your pebble soon... in the interview Stefan said that they hope to have met all preorders by the end of October.
I need your help I am very frustrated and confused I want a product that helps me increase focus, memory and speed of learning I do not know what to choose Should I choose innerbalance or www.forbrain.com ? please help me

Hey Mohamed thanks for your message. Sorry to hear that you’re frustrated! It’s important before buying any device to understand whether you’re treating the symptom or the problem. If you want to increase focus, memory etc because you are having trouble with those, there may be an underlying issue, such as stress. Generally speaking, Inner Balance will Improve focus in everyone. Without knowing your specific case I’d recommend Inner Balance before any specific application such as Forbrain. Hope that helps.
