Under-rated comment. Not to sound disrespectful - Systems does compensate employees well. Really wonderful discussion as well overall. But instead of acknowledging, taking responsibility of prevalent work-life balance problem, it is portrayed as patriotism which shows a little lack of intent to improve it.

@@HamzaHafeez7292 Indian people like Sundar Pichai,Satya Nadella won't work for Indian tech companies like Infosys,TCS,Wipro n all just because their compensation waste . Recently I got placed in Amazon as SDE I got 25LPA and 10 lakhs as stocks(RSU) Pakistan is no match for indian IT industry ✌️

Muzammil bhai I highly recommend you to invite Kashif Dastagir sahab. He works for Airlift and has tremendous amount of experiece in IT field. He is one of the greatest example of reverse brain drain.
