I have been working with foodpanda for almost 3 years now. foodpanda is really a game changer and one of the best employers in Pakistan. As far as our leadership is concerned, it's safe to say we are in such good and talented hands. Thanks for this podcast, Muzamil!
A feature which is very basic and still not on the foodpanda app is the option to cancel the order after placing it within 60 seconds or so. I don't know why no one at FoodPanda has ever thought of it. It is really inconvenient when you forget to add something to the order.

Please to make a podcast regarding the frauds with low income people in the name of shady businesses, just to sell them gadgets and machinery, and useless farming,e.g breeding fancy poultry etc
Waqas talks about moral values, yet we constantly see foodpanda resorting to shady practices such as refusing refunds, double charge, disabling wallets and then blaming app glitches. They overwork and underpay their riders and have draconian policies for them.

Foodpanda delivers food from Pakistani providers to Pakistani consumers using Pakistani riders, and ends up taking Pakistan's forex dollars to Germany. I think a framework has to be established that places heavy fines on companies like FoodPanda and Careem for fraud and overworking local riders, and once they wrap up their businesses and leave, local startups that offer the same services should be promoted. If a foreign company wants to work here, they should add some external value as Coke Studio does for Pakistani culture.

Podcast wasn't that strong as they both were from CS background and doesn't know about Marketing obviously. I was expecting they will talk about customer satisfaction which is tbh not good at FoodPanda. As for milk products, Pakistan is still on cow/dairy milk which is not good for health, I'm a Business student and we are working on NuMilk (VMilk rebranded) which is a plant-based vegan milk and sustainable for consumers as they can make the milk by their own hands in front of their eyes by putting pouches in a machine.

Literally Muntaqa Peracha is the most hypocritic person ever where is his humanity when he lays off his entire fleets of employees estimated to be over 500 across Pakistan, the unforgotten heroes who are generating revenue for food panda so CEO and upper management will get new AUDI or SUVs. They literally give force resignations to those employees to who are the founding leaders of foodpanda by just giving them one month notice and with only 2 months of salary. What about you are imposoing the penalties on delays and cancellations this amount is also confirmed to be over 1 million PKR per week and other blackmailing tactics? I am sure my voice will be silence by so called corporate gaints and tycoons.
