This "Ethics Code of Conduct" is not enough. The SCOTUS action today is basically just to appease the public's lack of confidence in the court's legitimacy. Senator Whitehouse, thank you for continuing to hold the court's feet to the fire for accountability, transparency, and answering reasons for recusal from any case before the court. The intention to continue to enforce the subpoenas is necessary. Answers to multiple questions could possibly return legitimacy to the SCOTUS. This is the only way to find the truth behind the facades presented to date.

There needs to be a *neutral person/people* that are assigned to a Committee, or something like that, for *those purposes alone* ! Certain SCOTUS Justices have *PROVEN* -- beyond a doubt -- that they are untrustworthy.

I read it (it's posted on SCOTUS' website). Seems pretty complete, except any complaint or enforcement mechanism, plus zero guardrails on amicus briefs, plus it seems legal non profits (Federalist Society?) have slightly looser standards. So... aaaalmost. I love how that introduction leaves open to interpretation exactly who was misunderstanding the rules. There was some stuff in the commentary that talked about some actions to track stuff like conflicts of interest, so a bit more than empty words.
