I'd like to underline the "new" part of this, mechanical engineering naturally overlaps with electrical engineering in plenty of ways, I mean at 2:50 he's got beefy power cables flipping electrical solenoids. Colin, you're a brilliant maker and someone I admire. I subscribe to plenty of channels but you're someone I actually admire. That being said, I would love if you had a "behind the scenes" channel, or anything that might give those of us who are interested more insight into your design and testing. Your videos are polished gems, just like your inventions. However, every engineer knows that there is an unimaginable amount of work and obstacles behind each of these products in terms of research, design, component selection, etc. I don't know if you even have the time and I know plenty of what you do is confidential because of contracts with your sponsors, but I'd love to see your design process for something like this. I'd love to know more about the software you use, who you collaborate with on designs if anyone, what designs you develop that never come to fruition, etc etc etc. I think you have more to offer to those of us who want to know, and it could even be lucrative. Thanks for doing what you do. I absolutely love your videos.

I wonder how clever Colin is? Is this difficult to build or very difficult to build. I know zero about building stuff, his work is extremely neat and pleasing to the eye! The real question is is Colin a genius? Let's vote. I have watched 90 percent of his videos and just about everyone of them are very impressive. 1.4 million views in 24 hours, speak about impressive. Colin you are a genius.

Nuclear fusion not fission. People already figured out the main reason fusion wasn't working was because they were trying to make the reactors too dang big. There is a company called Helion that already has a working fusion reactor the size of a shipping container that produces 50MWH or something like that.

In case no one has let you know, they actually did put flamethrowers on tanks. This was done by most major powers in WWII, and saw use on both European fronts as well as in the Pacific. They were really good for clearing out areas with thick vegetation or large concentrations of enemy infantry. They were also really good at deterring enemy soldiers from trying to get on the tank to disable it with explosives. Flamethrowers weren't standard issue for tanks, but they were common enough to be well documented.
