@@MrCmon113 it was pretty tyrannical. Even half that stuff happening today - randomly levying taxes on certain goods used as a tool of punishment. Suspending the rule of local courts and instituting military law in any situation less than a major national disaster. Forcibly quartering soldiers in people's homes as a means of intimidation and much more - would have most people today up in arms, either figuratively or literally. It might not have been Soviet Union level genocidal totalitarianism, but it was absolutely unrighteous.

@@abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz4839 So, are you Mel Gibson or were you only educated by the movie The Patriot? Cause buddy, there's a lot more to US History and the Revolution than this cartoonish villainy you've described. While you've hit some bullet points, your characterization of them is lacking. For instance, the "British Redcoats" weren't a "Foreign Military" since the Colonies were British. It's literally the army that would be assigned to them and the same used to fight all those conflicts before the American Revolution. The same conflicts that caused the need for increased Taxes. As for the Quartering Act, this hit more a chord about politeness than anything else. Parliament declared that barracks should be made for the troops they had stationed in the Colonies to fight for the Colonies. If no Barracks were available, then they'd make use of the public houses and inns. If those weren't available, THEN it'd be a matter of actually having them in your house. The New York Colonial Assembly was more annoyed that they weren't really asked, even though their Royal Governor (Appointed by the Crown) who represented them in Parliament signed off on the Quartering Act. This lead to the Assembly restricting the Governor's power, and we snowball from there. The important thing here, though, is that by all British accounts, the colonies were represented just fine, same as any other area. So we have both Representation, Taxes, and Quartering taking a whole different look than "Foreign Military Occupation and Tyrannical Rule". While I still think independence was a proper move at the time, let's not be shouting about "Freedom" thinking the Founding Fathers were infallible, altruistic Patriots.

Alex Jones totally failed in his Sandy Hook hoax story, when a journalist asked him to meet with the fathers of the slain children, Jones replied, "Their mourning is still too raw, and I wouldn't have sufficient protection from attack", to which the journalist replied, "If the whole thing is a hoax, like you claim, why would they be in mourning"?. Jones realized the hole he'd dug himself into, jumped up and screamed, "This interview is over", and stormed off.

I don't believe for even one second that Alex Jones believes a singular word of what he says; the hyperbole is so overwhelmingly obvious throughout. His is a well calculated performance. What fascinates me about him is the commitment of both his audience as well as his colleagues within INFOWARS to the nonsense. You look at the difference between his presentation and a lot of the younger people who present on his show; there's a palpable, measurable difference. What's even more interesting are the mainstream networks that include or involve him, as if he's in any way a credible opinion. He is IMHO the ultimate professional troll, except that he's not merely trolling his detractors or even his audience. He's trolling his compatriots, his own employees. I genuinely believe that everything that he does is a cold, calculated performance.

This is just how human bodies work, they can't process the complete amount of just about any substance put into them. A good portion of drugs and medication is coming back out the other end. Just like the foods that you eat, their constituents too can be detected in the sewage. There's no reason 99% people who are prescribed antidepressants would just take the pills and flush them down, because (a) depression does not cause delusions of the kind that they are being watched and their trash is being searched and would have to dispose of them discretely, so they can just chuck them into the waste bin should they decide not to need them or conclude that the side-effects are worse than depression (b) almost all depression patients are receiving them voluntarily and likely at least partially paying for them. It's probably just a movie cliche or something like that. It makes more sense to just stop getting prescriptions and save what's left for later because depression tends to come back and they know that, and they know that when it's back they might not have the power to go see the doctor again. The best absorbed antidepressant by far is Fluoxetine, with about 10% of it being flushed down the toilet; but it goes downhill from there, something like Citalopram, only half of it will be absorbed. What is your suggestion exactly, i don't think pissing exclusively into bottles and collecting those for chemical waste disposal will be conductive to people feeling anywhere near healthy again.

This isn't directed at the video by any means. I feel it to be a very objective and analytical observation. The subject strikes a very personal chord with me, however, and I want to put this anecdote out into the ether in hopes that it serves as some sort of evidence of Alex Jones's virulent influence. With that in mind: I very genuinely hate this man. It was Alex Jones's insane ravings - as well as those of the tinfoil hat community at large - that preyed on my mother's insecurity and compelled her to stop taking her medication. She had been dealing with schizophrenia for years, and it was gateways into the world of fear mongering like Alex Jones that kept her spiraling out of control. I once overheard her telling my dad about how the house needed a sign out front advertising for the Alex Jones Show, and she said it in the calm, clear voice that I rarely ever heard at that point. It was one of the few things she was able to elucidate. This paranoia profiteer was one of the few voices my mentally ill mother would listen to because he knows how to leverage his opinions upon those who are trying to make sense out of the world, but replacing knowledge with his own manufactured terror for the sake of turning a profit. It's voices like this that instill real, genuine, irrational paranoia into people, and the fact that he can sidestep responsibility for the lives he and his like have ruined under the banner of showmanship or whatever reckless rationale they justify themselves with fills me with real, seething hatred. Please. Never write these sorts of people off as simply blowhards. Anyone who raves about unsubstantiated conspiracy is a legitimate menace.

+George Daugherty, ah the theoretical "other people", which is so empty when the msm have spent 2+ years peddling a russian conspiracy theory already. Never mind their peddling of feminism, which is based at its foundation on the conspiracy theory of the "patriarchy", and has done so for decades, to the point where the bbc and others now base their corporate policies on it. You even have university degrees granted on this conspiracy theory. So this fixation on this one man with weird opinions doesn't wash, he's a boogieman the main stream are pointing at to distract from themselves, and that is far more dangerous than anything else. Simply the power being concentrated into the few hands of tech giants to create an authoritarian digital police state is concerning, and that they flex their power to deperson someone, and still people are led to make videos fixating on the wrong problem kind of says it all about what is the actual danger. The chinese internet is being built around you, and people are being led to scoff at an entertainer. He may play a mad man, but he's often right in a mad mad world..

I used to think he was just funny until I saw some interviews with him and he has an insanely accurate memory for the titles of scientific articles and often reads these before anyone else pays attention to them, you can't just listen to a sound byte and think you got the message because he's telling you a story. Sure he's funny, and his stories are entertaining, but the meme that in a long enough timeline, he ends up right, exists for a reason. If there's one core belief to his reporting from what I've seen, and granted I haven't seen much, is that, he believes that the rich and powerful have become so desensitized with reality, they start believing in crazy theories and forming very exclusive cults where they talk about how they'll use their money to change the world. Did you know Bill Gates wants to cover the sun with by dissipating particles into the atmosphere? Seriously, look it up.

Alex Jones is a fucking entertainer and has the right to say whatever he wants whether true or not. Its your duty to determine if you want to believe what's bullshit and whats not. Everything he says may not be true but he is absolutely entertaining.

This is hard to disagree with. Your claim allows for two possible qualifiers of correct; as long as one proves out, there's not much that can be argued with. Alex Jones is - at the end of the proverbial day - more or less correct. He's less correct. Much, much less.

I'm surprised this wasn't age restricted, with smoking contained in the video. That's usually a TV-MA on Netflix... I've quite enjoyed watching and listening to your videos. You're the closest, I know of in a long while, to objective facts, even on this subject matter.
