Part of the problem with Ebay selling is overuse of keywords to get more visibility and the lack of proofreading because most sellers want to flip as quickly as possible.

We don’t have definitive proof but with the information shared by the buyer and also DCSports it appears more likely than not.

Based on those prices, I'm assuming the Hoops Bams were missing serial numbers. Did you come across any of the Jambalaya images?

Its quite a common thing amongst sellers these days. Same thing happens when they include other things in the title not related to the exact card they are selling. It doesn't necessarily mean a seller is dodgy for using them but it's certainly a tactic that scammers use.

@@DanTheCardMan2 Those Jordan cards you showed aren't "tests", "proofs", or "PMG's". They're fake garbage and the seller is a scumbag for trying to deceive people with those listings. It's nothing new. Sellers have been doing this kind of thing forever. In the 80's they were called "Broder" cards. They're unlicensed and illegal.

Looks like he is selling "samples" or "proofs" of his own work. Sure using refractor/PMG keywords is a sketch move, but he is not misrepresenting it as an actual Upper Deck card.

those light up cards are made but the seller. they are not legitimate manufacturered by UpperDeck/fleer. i would report that seller if i had seen them.

Nowhere in his listing title does he refer to them as Upper Deck. Neither does it have an Upper Deck logo on the actual card. That is not how "rights" work. Keep your mouth shut if you don't know what you are talking about.
