Sir I think option selling can give good profit in index rather than stocks
yes please suggest risk management in short selling(mainly short strangle)
Actually centiment, momentum, price action, stock news, world mkt. Should be considered. It's not so easy without deep knowledge in stock or market movement.
After loosing a lot I started index option selling for last three years , in profit, ROI 40 - 50 % per anum

2 yr pehle bhi yehi option selling k series aya tha. Example bhi wohi sbi tha. Only difference is tab sbi 200 tha aur ab 500.

Buy one call and put for the expiry and sell out of the money call and put the funds required will be less around 50-60k per lot but 80% winning chances. Cos nifty won't move more than 400 points easily for every weekly expiry

Sir even hedge funds too short OTM only nd thry mostly sell monthly contracts Theirs target nd sl are dyanmic It means they prefer shifting rather then squaring of both positions They usually like to manage delta rather than price on charts

Pls Clear my Doubts : If I sold option OTM lot (for example: when Nifty at 17800 and I sold 1 option lot of 18100 Ce ) will I get seller if I will go to buy when premium decreases.
