Very rightly said. Rules in india are not made for regulation or safety or anything else. Its only for squeezing you and expanding themselves. One of many examples is this: In the name of safety, camera with AI (money-commission) is established along road. Actually it does only giving penalty notice instead of ensuring safety. Its only challan business, and those who generally and habitually violate traffic rules continues to do so. After some days cameras will be non operational.(What ever is to be gained by those who matter is gained).

first i was a bjp supporter..but now never again in my life i will vote for bjp...and i know a very big chunk of ppl who will do this.....🤬

The good thing should be. Regulators should take exams for retail tradings. if you pass the exam you are eligible to trade in options as simple as that . Gamblers will eventually leave trading by this.

​@@gauravrawat8959No, the source of option profits is actually the profits from equities since the largest put buyers are the institutions and hnis as hedges. By selling them these, the put writers are actually carrying their risk. The buyers fund these due to their realised/unrealised/potential profits in equities. This loser - winner mentality is behind the mental rot of both traders and regulators.😊

Sir, Indian stock market mei tax ye wo in sabhi chizo k nam pe sirf humein loota ja rha hai. Koi agar Kam paise se thoda margin leke trading Sikh rha tha to usko sikhne bhi nhi denge aur jyada paise lagaye to broker aur govt kamake nikal jayega aur humein milega 000000. Indian system se tang achuke hai hum. 😣

I'm for 1 weekly expiry. Rest of the rules doesn't make any sense.. Best would be to restrict trader to use 10-20% of his investment portfolio in trading & if you exhaust 80% of the amount trading account gets blocked till the time your investment portfolio increases

Sirf daily expiries close hone se he retailers ka fayda ho sakta hai. You see how option premium chart moves like an injection because of this sudden spikes, most of the retailers get trapped in this and blow their account ❤ . I feel we should trade in next expiry option premium.

Mujha depression ho raha ha sun ka 10 k se krta tha 1 lot ab 50-60k ho jayega 1 lot Ma kaisa apna career banaunga 😭😭

agar listing gain k liye apply kiya hai toh list hote hi bech dena kyu ki uske baad bhaw gir gaya toh bohot afsos hoga and agar price bar bhi jaye toh bhi koi malal maat rakhna list hote hi bech dena without any emotion if you have aplied for listing only baki agar longterm k liye apply kiye ho toh bhi bech dena usse saste mei usse acha share available hai market mei i think reddy usse sasta hai abhi

I think this should be think like driving car license. First you need to give a online test and will get a learner license for eg one month and in this time periods your capital will be restricted a very nominal amount. After one month you need to give your final test and if clear then you will get a trading license and can trade. In short people need to learn like any other study stream and earn the knowledge to be a trader.
