People buy what they need. A good seller knows how to create the need. You can’t sell someone that wants something if they can’t afford it, but someone who feels they need something will find a way to buy it regardless of cost.

There was only one pen salesman in a village (population of 100s.) And slowly. There were two pen salesmans to 98 customers, until there were 99 pen salesmans and ONLY (one) customer.and ( fastly )100 pensalesmans Hmm? The only way to be ahead of this pen business world is to become a (first buyer) of 99 pen salesmans.

For all of you complaining about the Bruce Lee and Warren Buffet comments, you’ve missed the point badly. The interviewer knows he’s about to hear some amount of BS, but wants to see your reaction to such pressure. Dan specifically says that there’s hundreds of ways to sell that pen. In reality, the interviewer wants to see your talents under pressure, unexpectedly, because one really never knows when the sale will present itself. If you can’t see the hidden messages in this video about how sales are really done, that explains why you’re still struggling in sales. Thanks for the video Dan, the blueprint is there, for those who “see”.

Any pen will do! Look around you, cell phones, wallet, keys and absolutely no pen. But every mom knows that at some point her cell phone will die, the spare keys are safely tucked away for in case she needs them situation and tucked away in the glove compartment is a spare credit card, for in case her purse is stolen, there's always a pen in her purse. Pens write down crucial information and you never want to get caught without a pen. It's not just a pen, it's the answer in a crisis, it's the beginning of your dreams, it's the reason we never leave home without one, so go ahead a pick one, any pen will do, you never want to be caught without one.

Closing is like a magic trick. Even the simplest trick can amaze people if it's presented the right way and the spectators can't figure out how it was done. Some spectators are very observant and will announce how the trick was done at the expense of the magician. If you really were trying to sell a $1000 dollar pen, of course some people will have their guard up. If you said it's the same pen that Warren Buffet uses, what if the person asks: "how do you know that?" "Why should I believe that?" "How do I know you're not just making this up?" Without a good answer you're kind of screwed, especially if you start stumbling because you didn't expect them to ask that. In any case, most people would likely spend $1000 dollars on something they can keep much longer than a pen that will run out of ink eventually

Is the video about how to sell pen a for an interviewer in a sales interview or or is it about how to sell a pen in real life because the information you gather from the client might not fit the features of the pen you are selling.

Okay selling by lying is a one time sell, because when the customer finds out the description doesn't match with the product they won't buy it again. First time sell to a customer is easy but continuous sells and maintaining reputation is the main thing.
