Selina Leem: Why we're at risk of becoming climate refugees |

"Scientists have predicted that soon, my home will be uninhabitable," Selina Leem, a citizen of the Marshall Islands, said April 13, 2016 at the Skoll World Forum Opening Plenary in Oxford, England. “What we want is global justice."
The Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship is the premier international platform for advancing entrepreneurial approaches and solutions to the world's most pressing problems. Our mission is to accelerate the impact of the world's leading social entrepreneurs by uniting them with essential partners in a collaborative pursuit of learning, leverage and large-scale social change.
Each year, nearly 1,000 of the world’s most influential social entrepreneurs, key thought leaders and strategic partners gather at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School to exchange ideas, solutions and information.

Well presented. Very emotional speech delivered by a very strong young woman of the island. Nations have heard and surely they will contribute to this cause, this movement we are all in it to win it, preserving our islands, our culture, and most importantly what's left of it from our dear ancestors. Probs to you Selena!

Marshall islands are one of those island that they do not have mountain so it is true that they will or we have to just wait and see what nature will create to help the islands of Micronesia or the Pacific islands. My question is who we are asking for help but this the nature decision not America Japan or Europe even if they help but no one will solve this problem except the Heavenly Father
