Cheers I really appreciate your support it's taken a bit of time to get where we are but I love it Sad as it is I'm sat in the van now with a can chilling out taking it all in I've just finished the hidden step for the bed and it looks awesome

Well deserved mate. Talking of steps, have you thought about hidden LED's on the steps to mood light the entrance? I saw it on another build and it looked awesome.

I am just curious: why the door at minute 27:46 has vertical wood grain while the others seem to have horizontal wood grain.

You are the first person to spot this well done 👏 the shower cubical and the end panel grain is all vertical as this cabinet was adjacent to these I decided to keep the grain in this area all facing the same way to demarcate a zone again well spotted 😊

It's from Morland uk It's called Morland locker door profile SKU : MTX106096

Hi Sam, this may sound like daft one, but are the horizontal chrome trims you use on the cabinets the same ones as the vertical ones on the shower, and just use the back rail as a stop. Or do morland make one without the gap where the panel would slot in? This I my Christmas project so need to order it all in. Cheers Stew

The ones I use on the cabinets are different it has an extra piece for the cabinets doors to stop on I think I have all the parts listed In the video description but if not I will find out for you pal

Cheers Sam I was looking for the recess on your video and couldn’t see one. Another one. I know your a fan of fitting things that can be removed, any thoughts on fixing front and rear cabinets thru the shower walls before cladding in hygiene board, even the bench seat. This would make a real sturdy fixing for everything but unrecoverable. I’ve probably answered my own questions there!!😂

How did you get away with buying less than 8 alloy top cabinet strips, that the doors close to. Morland will only sell you 8. I only need 3. You got any left over?

I just order what I needed at the time there was no minimum order we also had a day out and collected them as the last delivery we got from them was damaged

Cheers for the reply Sam. That is totally the opposite of what I experienced over the phone. The lady said they only sold them in eights. As it’s how they arrive in there store. Seems it’s far too much bother to sell them singly and parcel them up. Might phone them again next week.
