I was surprised to see this video by accident. The truck in this video is originally a truck called KIA Jumbo Titan, but the cap used in the restoration work is not the original, but it also fits exactly when using Hyundai Porter (3rd generation). Your technology is the best!

Please!!! Pressure wash ALL components FIRST before disassembly! 1) less grit gets into the parts.. & 2) you can see if there are any cracks in the housing or if anyone has tried to repair ( maybe a bad repair??) in the past. This also makes the latter part cleaning much easier! ( I don't think any viewers will think you did any less work.. Except the ones who have NEVER done this kind of repair work. I have done engine, transmission, electrical and body work for over 50 years and I think your work is great!! Thank you for the video!!!😅

PS: burning the grease of with a torch may look neater, but it's way less good for the environment. WAY MORE bad stuff comes from a torch and burning grease..

You need something to lower the crane boom onto to secure it ( use the crane hook to hold it down) wnen not in use and travelling, otherwise you keep will blowing the seals on the clyinders.

You should get some socket wrenches instead of using breaker bars all the time it's much faster. The concrete work is way different than in the US. We mix it all wet with gravel and pour it in the hole. Things like old bricks we sometimes grind into powder and mix up for mulch.

The gears on the truck that rotate the crane boom should be coved with a guard to protect them from dust and to protect workers from getting caught in the gears. If a man loses a hand it's much harder for him to work and make a living. We always try and think of things like that ahead of time. @@restorationproduct1718

Well, as a retired mechanic, I've never seen such appalling work in my life. It reminded me of how I used to be when I was about 12 years old and did not know better. Just bash and hope seems to be their motto. A bearing cup with rust cavities was not replaced yet you went to the trouble of replacing the steering box seals, go figure. Steering box should have been fitted before the cab went back on, again no process, just hope the thing fits with the cab on. And why wasn't the cab painted before it went on? A lot of time lost through masking I presume. I presume because I couldn't watch any more. that's time lost out of my life and if I had a brain challenged friend, he could always get a job there. Anyway Iv'e vented and I feel better.

I like that new berings are installed but this truck has been so trashed. so much bad rust, so much bad maintainance.. Why ignore? To much wrong by the owner..Now massive repairs… many could have been avoided with some care.. Such equipment maintenance was avoided. Nuts.. sad and it’s what it is.. I watch this channel much.. I see many rescues with this truck too. who ever owns this truck is horrible person.. Do oil change, fix small things daily and stop running your truck into the ground..
