I have seen David live now 11 times...including twice at his home for the barn bash...he is the best male vocalist in the world and has been for many years now. And folks, it's not even close...

I heard him say that he sings "from his knees" and you will notice he never stands completely still. His feet are always moving or he is shifting his weight from side to side or he looks around or his arms move...always something. It is easier to keep your voice fluid if you give it somewhere to go. And the physical cues you give yourself can help remind you of where you want the song to go. Good luck!
