Mewing isnt just for looks, its the normal tounge position if you have it laying on the bottom, your teeth and your jawline can "shift" places, so maybe you'll need an surgery so you can bite normal again (the tounge may press the bottom teeth forwards and you'll get an "underbite") also you may not be able to pronounce "s" or "c" correctly because your tounge isnt in the right position

Reading, wether its fiction or non fiction, greatly improves mental health. The reason this is not the case for movies or series is becauee your brain LOVES working out, it will thank you for actively making it workout and reas words and subconsciously understanding concepts or stories.

The black pill is broader than just the physical intimacy side of things. It’s basically a pessimistic look at genetics, evolution, and evolutionary psychology. Plus some selective nihilism and anti-social behaviors thrown on top lol. It definitely deserves its place in S-Tier for being very self destructive. The Red Pill is also a lot more broad than what you’ve explained here, but I completely understand your characterization of it. The Red Pill being the Matrix reference, it’s meant to symbolize harsh truths about reality, seeing things for what they are rather than what others want you to see. If you use this definition, it’s certainly a very useful concept for personal development and growth because you’re looking for truths and answers, but of course you get the bad actors that claim to hold the truth and wisdom when in reality it’s a very narrow band of half truths. I think the Red Pill in its purist form is like C-D tier here, since it can be taken to an extreme if focusing too much on “truth” and not enough on “growth”, but it’s very helpful in attempting to peer through the fog and try to see things as objectively as you can. Focusing on nuance and first principles over everything else. But in the internet form, it's like B-A tier because of all of the charlatans and half truths that have zero nuance.

Creatine doesn't have anything to with calories. It just allows for more efficient energy (ATP) production, which allows for you to train harder and put more tension on the target muscle(s). If you're not getting enough calories, the only solution is literally to eat more; you can't supplement your way out of a deficit.
