Get a 3x4 Horse Stall Mat, Use a cardboard target holder as a stenci? measure, etch your own zones, Paint, and save yourself $100 per target.

I picked up a 4'x6'x1/2" fatigue mat from Tractor Supply. Cut it in 4 equal parts painted them white and made a stencil I can reuse. I paid $40 out the door for the mat. So I paid $10 each for my targets. The least expensive target they offer is $75 plus shipping.

@@Joe5561000 how has this held up? I just made some out of the 3x4 stall mat. Curious if I should switch to the 4x6 for my next buy

@@dougshellusn mine have held up pretty good. I would say don't shoot them at close range with bird shot. That kinda made a mess but otherwise I and others have shot them a lot one ( the one that got shot with bird shot) has a hole in the middle but otherwise they are holding up fine.

The prices on these make me wonder if i can use anti-fatigue mats and get a similar result.

I wish they made like zombie or alien looking targets, something with some fun to it Especially because I take new people out shooting here and there, and love hearing someone getting comfortable shooting accidentally yell out "did you see that hit to that alien bastard!" (On paper targets I use generally) Because there's nothing cooler than hearing they're having fun, versus them saying they're having fun shooting

Don't waste your money! Don't waste your ammo! Don't waste your time. Spend your money on ammo, not these overpriced targets. I went to their sight and was hoping to be able to get three targets for around $100-150, not even close! Make your own for fractions of the cost of these. Plenty of videos on DIY self healing targets. I'm not going to help make people rich when their primary goal is to make me poor.
