Normally my parents 😅 So for each session, there’s a targeted heart rate range that you aim to be in (for strength it’s generally lower, and for cardio it’s higher). The longer your heart rate stays in the ideal zone, the higher your chances of getting the gold (I think?) Thanks Greg!! Have a good week ahead and I hope you are doing well 🤗

HAHA erm for context, we alrdy have a family trip planned for Sept. When we were planning, my dad specifically said that he wanted to travel further for our family trips since they are still young enough to do so. I even specifically suggested Japan cause he said he has not seen cherry blossoms before, and he said no 🤨 So imagine my surprise when they booked a tour with their friends to Japan 🥸
