Sending big hugs your way! ❤❤ I literally paused the video a few minutes in to call my grandma! Sometimes I forget how lucky I am to still have a grandparent at my age. She went into a personal care home last spring & she is so happy there, but of course we know she is getting older and never know how much time we will have left with her.

Thinking of you Hannah at this tough time you and your family are going through. I remember only too well when I lost my Gran nearly 13 years ago now and I miss her dearly. Hold on to those happy memories I have a few of her things in my house that bring me comfort . At the moment my Mum isn’t well she’s had two falls in 8 weeks 3 hospitals stays the latest fall has resulted in a fracture.it’s been quite an emotional rollercoaster and obviously supporting my Dad. As I know it’s important to look after yourself too in these situations. Take care sending hugs .X

Morning Hannah x x thinking of you at this difficult time x I went through similar with my grandad, he lived over 2 hours away and the last time we spoke was on the phone from his hospital bed, I told him I loved him, I knew I was really saying goodbye but we never spoke those words x I miss him every day but will be forever thankful that we had that time x sending love and hugs xx

Hello Sharon, Thank you for sharing your story with me and I'm actually going back to see her tomorrow as she's still with us, even though she's slowly declining, seeing her smile really means so much to me and I think I'll continue to visit her when I can until she doesn't know who I am. xxx
