Hello Hannah, I am so sorry to hear that your Nana is in hospital. I have added her to my prayer list ( you & George are already on there)🙏🏻 I think that it is so sweet and kind of you and George to help your aunt and uncle with their garden ❤️ I was amused by Arthy licking the plate on the countertop in your kitchen. Cats are such tinkers at times - but we cannot help but love them! I really admire how you are mindful of your health and wellbeing - especially acknowledging your need for rest and self care. I am guilty of neglecting to do the same for myself. I need to have a word with myself and mend my ways. What sort of videos do I prefer? I like the ones with you and Arthy in them! ❤️❤️❤️ I hope that extended family life improves for you & George and that you have a lovely week

I must admit I haven't had a self care day in years.I work full time, plus all the errands, family, appointments, etc. There just is no time for me. Like you, I put everything before my needs and just keep going. Its a sad rat race for sure
