Self-Care Ideas for Phases of Your Cycle

Today I wanted to share some ideas of different self-care you can start implementing during the four phases of your menstrual cycle.
If you want to simplify this further you can split your cycle in half with your luteal phase and menstrual phase on one side and your follicular phase and ovulatory phase on the other. I find that my self-care needs are similar between these halves.

    Love this! I love to take care of my menstrual phase self by making freezer meals in advance! Love a veggie packed lasanga or enchilada casserole with lots of beans!
