I made this!!!!! My measurements were about 53"x33" - I had to do some math since hers was a square and mines a rectangle. I used flannel back, cotton front. First blanket ever and I had a friend teach me to use my sewing machine. I also added some batting, I sewed it in after seeing the two fabrics together first. So it has like triple stiching in all seams, more durable. Great tutorial thank you.

Please make sure you cut off the selvage edges prior to placing the 2 fabrics together and you also need to specify the width of your seam allowance.

When I try this it get so fluffy why is that. Looks more like a smashed bag than a quilt.

Why you were rushing so much ? Your viewers could not able to follow if you are always rushing . Do go little slower if you want to show how to Sew your patterns .
