She’s actually Mexican American. Tex Mex. She truly represents everybody… but we have the honor of calling her the Queen of Tejano 😁 Us Texans are very proud.

Another thing to add is that the stage was spinning because she wanted all the fans to be able to see her. So in addition to her timing being on point she was dancing around when anyone else would have been dizzy. She was/is/will always be the Queen of Tejano music🌹👸🏽

That’s what made Tejano so great. A truly Mexican and American mixture of music. Rock, Jazz, R&B, country, etc. mixed with Cumbias, Rancheras, even mariachi….
She loved interacting with her audience. She was pure raw talent...no dance or singing lessons. She just loved her craft.
She is truly a Queen 👸🏽 Every time I hear her music I can’t help but to smile. I’m pretty sure anyone that listens to her music feels the same way too. She was truly an icon!! God Rest Her Beautiful Soul😇🥰😘

A really underrated ballad by Selena is a song called "Soy Amiga 1986." She is 15 years old and she even then was very talented. No Me Queda Mas is beautiful but she has more beautiful songs too.

And these she sang these songs when was 15-17 years old.
She was beautiful & had a perfect body and unlike these days, she never revealed more than she had to. Nowadays, artist's think they need to expose their bodies to make it in the industry. She was just right.
