@prettywoman7776 Lol Abraham would’ve been hurting himself more than Selena by breaking her band up. It was his own dream to make money and get famous through his kids. Selena could’ve easily done solo music (which she had planned to do right before her death) and continue with her store business.

If she hadn't died, and a movie was made about Selena, I wonder how she would feel about Jennifer Lopez portraying her. I think J-Lo did a good job, she gave Selena's character a lot of heart , spirit and fury for her man, her family and her music.

She wanted her daughter(s) to enjoy her life and not rush into things by starting a family too soon, despite the fact that she does love Chris.
