Can someone explain to me the reason to have a 24 hour indicator without a date? I will not accept windowless underground bunker as an answer by the way.

The watch is beautiful, but with those plastic blue hands looks cheap.

@jaimerivera2545 from memory they are heat treated thermal blue metal hands similar to the way they did hands in the early days of pocket watches
