    It's not just a race issue with these young contestants. They are just vile in general. It has been shocking to see. I honestly didn't think people acted like this in 2013. People are saying these horrible things and nobody in that house was condemning it. That scares me more than anything.... the mob mentality.

  • @jpetersgoyanks

    @jpetersgoyanks

    Жыл бұрын

    Well, Big Brother in general fosters a mob mentality and there is a semi-healthy way of doing that because ultimately you are ganging together and voting people out but it is the game they sign on for. It’s the fact that they brought racism and homophobia into it, which are historically western cultures excuses for inhumane brutality and repugnant behavior, that tarnish and change the game from a mentally tough contest to real life dehumanization.

Did Candice, Howard, Helen, Andy deserve to be treated like less than a human. That's my question. I don't want to spend fighting racism with hate and bitterness. It's wrong period! We do not all have to agree with each other but by God we need to stop the race fight.

    Candice made several racist comments herself about Aaryn and Spencer, so she's no "victim." Howard, I never heard him say anything racist. In fact, at the beginning of one of his interviews he stated that he has "seen racism on both sides." That's how I know he's a cool dude. He did sexually harass Amanda, but I'm sure that was not his intent. He didn't mean to scare her, he probably thought she was down to hook up with him and she rejected him. Not a big deal. At least he's not racist.

    What a joke. Amanda has said shit the whole time and starts most of it and gets the others riled up. Everyone is the house put together hasn't said as much as Amanda. But Aaryn was being very mean to Candice face even though GM and Amanda caught up to the same level in later rants towards Candice.

    The only house guests I like who are currently left in the house are Judd, Mcrae, Andy and Elissa. The ones who I think are alright are Helen, Jesse and Candice. I do like how Jesse stands her ground against Amanda though. I think Helen is playing a smart game, but has got cocky at times and her fake crying is annoying. Candice is good at picking up on what's going on in the house, but she doesn't execute her plans very well. Judd, Andy and Mcrae are the best at laying low and staying out

    So when was America at its least racist point? Is America more racist now than it was 20-30 years ago? Or did you drink too much Kool-Aid? The most hated man in America in 2022 is the white man, no two ways about it.

    THANK YOU brettsfav4. To say that Julie Chen has no influence on this show would be ignorant statement. Julie is married to the CEO of the network that Big Brother is televised on! Allison Grodner may be the producer of the show, but ultimately, she reports to Les Moonves. Also, why have brettsfav4's comments been marked as spam? They're all valid and true- the only reason someone would mark them as spam is because they are too ignorant to admit that they are just that.

    I hope Julie and CBS lets the fan boo her. They frown on that but it would look so ridiculous to have fake applause for her. And I really want Julie to embarass her and tell her she got fired from both modeling gigs. Julie better not be soft in the exit interview. Can you imagine if she won the show? LOL That would be so embarassing for CBS.

    @@makaveli3189 America can not be systematically racist to white people. Socially racist yes. But the many issues racism has brought about still linger on today. White people as a majority are the least threatened by this.

    @@XXXmarquise So because whites are a majority they can’t experience racism? Maybe crack a book sometime and get your IQ up before stating something so stupid. There’s no correlation between the two, and there’s also no proof that America is “systematically racist” as you would say. In fact most instances of systemic racism have been debunked and thrown out because there’s no foundation to the argument. What they call “systematic racism” is all based on assumptions and speculation. Racist people calling others racist…brilliant.

    You notice how Chen didn't air any of Amanda Zuckerman's racist homophobic comments? That's because the CBS Network, the show's producers and host (Chen) predetermined before the show even started that Zuckerman is going to win (online source -- a former production assistant) and are slanting the whole game in her favor like they did with Rachel Reilly (season 13). In not giving Zuckerman the same treatment as they did Gries and Zimmerman, Chen is part of the problem not part of the solution.

    If I'm one of the evicted house guests. Or I'm about to be evicted here's what I would say. Come one guys, don't be afraid to make a big move and play this game! Don't let anyone tell you who to put up on the block if you win HOH! If people try telling you who to put up or try influencing your decision tell them to win HOH and get blood on their hands! You may only have one opportunity, if that to make a big move in this game! Helen and Amanda are running this house! Good luck everyone!

I can't stand Spencer even though he's good at picking up what's going on in the house. I can't stand Amanda! She's awful! I think Spencer and Amanda are tied for the mos horrible house guests! CBS should have a 3 strikes rule. If you say 3 blatantly offensive or racist things you're out of the game!

    Have you watched past seasons of Big Brother? They've removed contestants for saying less offensive and derogatory comments. The fact that these women are LITERALLY talking about this controversy doesn't NOT make them "silent witnesses", it's that they let this behavior continue. The fact that Big Brother is a reality show, is no warrant for this type of hateful behavior, for in REAL LIFE these actions are considered HATE CRIME AND PUNISHABLE BY LAW. THE END.
