One of the reasons i love this song is because it reminds me of 2000-2002, where my late grandparents were still alive and they owned a garage. i used to play this in my mum and dads bedroom in my grandparents house.

I wanna play sega rally, DayToooooooonaaaaaaaaa USA and Virtua Fighter on my Model 5 arcade machine. We lost that and we're never getting it back... :(

I always changed the themes in the options before playing. I mean, why have Desert Land playing on the Forest Track when you can have Getting Muddy? They're just names, I know, but I think the tracks just fit better that way.

@source1zero Where did you hear that Joe Satriani wrote the music for Sega Rally? I'm a big fan of his and am fairly sure I know of all his albums and projects. I was very very surprised that you say he wrote the music. I'm sure his name was not in the credits. Also, aside from the guitar parts, it doesn't sound like his music. More progressive and keyboard driven.

also in my christos car tales which a series of talking cars that race in forest tracks dosent happen because it has played when donald and brian brooks race in forest tracks they have equavelent of major human organs that never happend in my series

@ajd626 I thought it was common knowledge man! He's actually done a couple of video games, Sega Rally being one of them. I don't think he wrote it all but I know he contributed. Google is your friend man =) I always really dug these tunes and knew whoever did the guitar was a shred-master but I remember finding out it was Joe and it all made sense!

To my knowledge all of the sega saturn made games can be played in your cd player or you can burn the soundtrack on a disk. But if anyone has this game soundtrack please respond to this post cuz I want this badly. Game music ain't the same no more like it used to back in the 90's. Those was the days.

People say that Joe Satriani helped in the compositions, but not played the musics.

this isn't done by joe satriani. maybe inspired but no way it's satriani. the guitar tone is thinner then joes, way diffrent. And last but not least this isn't the way joe plays. this is more jazz/fusionish/metal.

@@Clos93 Saturn games were surprisingly quick to load for the most part compared to some horrors on the PS1

This track could easily fit to a Castlevania soundtrack like SotN.

I still want to see conclusive evidence that Satriani played guitar on this. I love this song, but I don't believe it's really Satriani. I find it more likely to have been Takayuki Hijikata. And no, quoting wikipedia is not real evidence.
