Thank you very much your recipe was too good. I made it exactly and it turned out very good the only thing I changed was butter instead of Desi ghee. The second time I tried I added 10 pieces of kebab Chini and 3 pieces of pipli and the taste was enhanced. I love your site, may you be blessed always.

For how long did you put it in oven and at how much temperature, also did you cover it?

salaam Dear Ruby ji, since the day I have discovered your channel somehow, I have become a big fan of your cooking. Don't have enough words to appreciate you not only your recipes but I just love the way you present your show your style is zabardast. so far I have tried your mutton nehari, mutton yakhni pulao, aaloo paratha and they were all really awesome recipes specially nehari turned out really amazing... I have many more in my list InshaAllah. I just have one little query about the quantity of rice in Pulao. you said 2 cups rice in 1 kg mutton , I made half kg mutton pulao and took 1 and half cups of rice but it was too less. please guide how many cups should I take if making half kg mutton pulao?Thanks… will keep watching your videos InshaAllah.. :)

Aur aga hai toe aap ne kahan se liya aur kese ussko use kerti hain kiu ki koi connection nazar nahi atta! Poochney ki waja ye hai ke aap ka ye idea mujhe khoob passand aya aur mai apney kitchen mai use kerna chahti hoon for big gatherings 😁 Aap ki pehli reply ka shukriya

Shazia Baksh Koi bhi ingredient ya Cooking Methods mai batati hoon woh us recipe ka teste, ya texture, ya smell ke liya hota hai, usai remove karna or replace karna matlab teste ko change karna hoga. ya sab recipes trial and error k baad final recipe banti hai, is liye 90 percent ko pasand aati hai.  aap kuch bhi try kar sakte ho, you can use your imagination, or agar kuch bhi change kare toh please feedback danaa k kiya kiya or phir kasa laga
