for kabab:
beef mince 500g
Salt 1 tsp
coriander crushed 1 tbsp
cumin crushed 1 tsp
carom seeds crushed 1/4 tsp
all spices 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
lemon juice 1,1/2 tbsp
garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
green chilli crushed 1 tbsp
onion chopped 1 medium 175g
coriander chopped 1/2 cup
for gravy:
oil 1/3 cup
onion chopped 1 medium 175g
garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1,1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
all spices 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
kashmiri red chilli 1/2 tbsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
tomato 2 medium 300g (make paste)
yogurt 1/3 cup
fenugreek 1tsp
all spices 1/2 tsp
coriander for garnish
مكونات:
للكباب:
لحم بقري مفروم 500 جرام
ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة
كزبرة مطحونة 1 ملعقة كبيرة
مسحوق الكمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق بذور الكاروم 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة جميع البهارات
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة كركم
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
عصير ليمون 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة
رقائق الفلفل الحار 1 ملعقة صغيرة
معجون الثوم والزنجبيل 1 ملعقة كبيرة
1 ملعقة كبيرة فلفل أخضر مفروم
بصل مفروم 1 وسط 175 جم
1/2 كوب كزبرة مفرومة
للمرق:
1/3 كوب زيت
بصل مفروم 1 وسط 175 جم
معجون الثوم والزنجبيل 1 ملعقة كبيرة
ملح 1،1 / 2 ملعقة صغيرة
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة مسحوق كزبرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق كمون
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة جميع البهارات
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
مسحوق الفلفل الأحمر 1 ملعقة صغيرة
الفلفل الأحمر الكشميري 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة كركم
2 طماطم وسط 300 جرام (اصنع معجون)
زبادي 1/3 كوب
1 ملعقة شاي حلبة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة جميع البهارات
كزبرة للتزيين
