In this video I'll be sharing Seekh Kabab Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Mutton Minced 400gram
Fried Onion 1 / 25 gram
Lemon Juice 1 Lemon
Roasted Phula Chana Dal Powder 100 gram / 5 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves 5 teaspoon
Green Chili Paste 4 Green Chili
Cardamom Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Garamasala 1/4 Teaspoon
Kabab Chini 3 pinch
Salt half teaspoon
Red Chili Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder 3 Pinch
Ginger Garlic 1 teaspoon
Oil 30ml
Mysonees 2 teaspoon
Chutni
Curd 100 Gram
Green Chili 2
Coriander Leaves 2 teaspoon
