In this video I'll be sharing Hyderabadi Kachey Kofton Ka Salan Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Mutton Minced Half Kg
Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
Salt Half TEaspoon
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder Half Teaspoon
Green Chili 5-6
Garamasala Powder Half Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoon
Fried Onion 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
Curd 200 gram
oil 20ml
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoon
Corinader Leaves 1 teaspoon
Almonds 15-20
Cashew 10-15
Chironji 1 Teaspoon
Cardamom 8-10
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder half teaspoon
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoon
Fried Onion 2 piece / 50gram
Cinnamon 1
Water 2 Cup
Mint Leaves 5-8
