'Seeing Australian customers make the move': Australians using Uber for grocery delivery
Uber Global VP of Retail and Grocery Susan Anderson has discussed grocery delivery through Uber as a means to increase competition in the supermarket sector.
A senate enquiry has detailed how the big supermarkets should be broken up if they engage in anti-competitive behaviour as well as outlawing price gouging.
“During COVID people began to experience the convenience and necessity of having their groceries delivered to them at home,” Ms Anderson told Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood.
“Once they’ve had that, they’ve tried it, they think this saves me time.
“We’re already seeing customers in Australia making that move.”

I have cut back on uber in the past year they start sending you deals more often with how weak our buying power is I cant justify using it anymore

Yup too much data analytics that can also be outsourced.. they're lacking partnership model in order to super charge the storefront cheaply..

Uber charges the consumer so much for delivery platform that some consumers tip crappy... go to a restaurant or walk probably if you can't tip properly.
