Lovely to see some of the old cottage garden plants your growing like Clarkia and Clary Sage, some of my Mum’s favourites in the garden when I was growing up. X❤

Love your channel, you started so many beautiful flowers and veggies from seeds. Thank you for sharing this with us ❤

I love watching your videos, thank you.And I so relate to the dry soil!!!!! I have that issue with adding soil to garden beds, as so much of the “soil” purchased is coconut coir, or so it seems. Good to see you still are having success with the seedlings!

9:10 Those salvia look interesting. I'd like to see how those turn out. 🤩 Wondering how those would do as the 'thriller' in a mixed container.

I started seedings in these little cells for the first time this year. How do you get the established seedlings out once they need to be transplanted? I had a hard time with that

We start from rooted plugs rather than seeds, and use a bamboo peg that we push through the hole in the bottom. It’s important you don’t try to transplant too early.

Drop of dishwasher liquid will break the surface tension.

I learned that lesson the hard way. I’ve seen several people start seeds dry, but I never heard them mention they didn’t use seed starting mix. I’m relieved that germinated. Whew!
