This is what happens when people like you are deluded and closed to any narrative other than that of journalists and intellectuals having agenda of International breaking India forces. While such people are doing their job they have contracted, they do it in a manner that many so called educated fall a prey and propagate that agenda, thinking it is liberal and educated response. You have been tuned to this, inadvertently, as a sepoy to ensure that India remains mediocre by falling a prey to these false propaganda. The whole beef issue started with Aqlaq which was a manufactured propaganda by the scavengers of these anti-India forces scanning the entire country selectively for such specific instances and because they control the media and fed crores of rupees from Congress use this to whip public opinion. Now thanks to Social media and proofs put up on the same and such journalists cornered unable to counter the same, the majority of the country has learnt it. This female has run away from the field lest she is cornered so much that she faces law. (Not that she is going to be spared when her benefactors are booked). So keep being deluded. Now delusion cannot cause much damage thanks to the fact that the awakened ones have out numbered and can prevent damage to the country to a large extent. If your intentions are as clean as you proclaim, I am sure you will evolve in due course of time and hopefully if it happens in this life, you will remember this. All the very best to you.

Forget about being cultural or customary, the Hindus regard it as a sin (mahapap). Ask the Pandits of Banaras or Hindus from Eastern India like Bihar, Eastern U.P., Bengal etc. and see the reaction. Another problem with the elites of Delhi is that they've failed to understand the Eastern India so far, an area full of traditional, social and spiritual intellect. Lord Ram and Krishna both were born in what is modern day U.P. The historic city of Kashi, said to be a creation of Lord Shiva, known as Varanasi today, is in U.P. Princess Sita was born in the city of Sitamarhi in today's Bihar. Two great religions namely the Buddhism and the Jainism are uniquely connected with the land of Bihar, while Buddha was born here, the latest teerthankar of Jains, Lord Mahavira, has been from this place only. But look at how Bihar and U.P. are portrayed in popular culture, as if these are the land of fools and illiterates who don't know how to speak English. Thankfully the present government is trying its best to give Eastern India its due.

Let them go to Singapore and see how the law of the land is enforced and respected by citizens of that country or simply read history textbooks of 7th Standard prescribed by Singapore Government and find out how beautifully multiracial people live peacefully respecting each other religion. Now we should first think about economics and last but not the least, religion. Because Religion is important after economics are favorable. These discussions are going on just because some people have enough for living to think on these lines. For some, it is once again a living by hating or perusing more than what is required.
