Sector's Edge v2.0.7 - Directional Ambient Sounds

I fixed a few issues with ambience sounds - when inside wind/rain sounds will play from the correct direction, and they will also be muffled when inside.

How much impact(if any) does this have to cpu usage?

It will increase CPU usage but it runs on background threads, meaning the game will continue to run smoothly on the main thread
