    Looking for a good cruising carving board to commute about on (i'm 6ft 4). So far i'm liking this board =) What do you suggest?

    Damn someone with 1 mil subs. Nice. Some suggestions are maybe landyachtz dinghy, arbor zeppelin, arbor Pilsner. Those are some nice mini cruisers but if you want to cruise long distances with a carvy feeling a pintail with reverse kingpins should work. Like the Arbor Fish.

    I have that longboard but it has red wheels. It's how I learned how to longboard and always have a blast riding.

    Would you recommend this board for a beginner skater, intermediate longboard surfer?

    M M intermediate. If you’re a beginner the carvy feeling may be hard to control

    I also put some 70mm 80a orangetang 4 presidents along with it. it does seem right, looks like wheel bit might occur.

    What size wheels do you think you could ride up to before getting wheel bite on this board?

    Hey may friend I have the same problem with that board. I don’t know if that board was design for only double kingpin trucks. Because I try with reverse kingpin trucks like caliber II and bear trucks , I still get wheel bites, I try 60, 65, 70 mm still getting wheel bite.

    +Tactics Boardshop I know the set ups are pretty much identical between the Striker and the Tempest (apart from the 10" vs. 9" Sidewinders and the bamboo hybrid vs. maple deck), but would you recommend one over the other? Thanks for these reviews! Super helpful.

    Hi Benson, question from Brazil here. (sorry for the bad english). I would like to know the main differences between The SandBlaster and The Striker. How does the Bamboo improves or not the performance ?! In terms of flexibility, stability and smooth?! By saying smooth I mean, in wich one I would need less effort to ride the same distance?! And how does the 1'' difference between the both Sidewinder trucks affect the ride of each boards?! Since from now I just appreciate your attention to my questions. Thanks Benson.

    Hi Tactics. I'm considering either a Striker or a Chamber but can't decide between the two. I like the fact that the Chamber is a little more compact but am concerned it might be a too narrow. The Striker will be definitely be wide enough but seems really flexible. How different are they in terms of the ride?

    Does the striker keeps you stable enough when you are turning?

    The Punda Lobos. Would it be good for me? You mentioned Lookout and West Oz, I didn't like the West Oz but I like lookout. However I couldn't find the Lookout anywhere.

  • @JrKikis
    @JrKikis11 жыл бұрын

    Yeah, they have the same specs. But are there any difference between them? Why would Sector 9 make two similar longboards but with different names? And do you think the Punta Lobo would be good for transportation and speed on medium hills?

    So late, hopefully someone can still answer my question. Looking for a board for crusing, tight turns, easy for transportation. Is this board good for tricks too? Never had a sector 9 board, having trouble deciding which board to buy.

    Just wondering whether I should get this or the S9 lookout. Want a cruiser and something i can turn and slide a little with. Only tiny hills around me. Which is better slider and or both kind of the same?

  • @JrKikis
    @JrKikis11 жыл бұрын

    Okey, thanks for the quick answer. Another question, shall I get this one or the Riviera Slayer Mini? I want my longboard for transportation to school, in the city etc, but also for a little speed down small hills, not too high speeds and carving. Wich one would be best for that? Or would you recommend another board for that?

    What about the Punta Lobos? I can't find the lookout anywhere. I googled it but couldn't find it since I live in Sweden. I found Punta Lobos however and I like them. Would they be good for transportation and medium speed as well?
