The SweBend Bluetooth Control Unit enables the operator to move freely around the machine. This freedom allows for inspecting the spiralling, the position of the three rolls and ensuring that each bend is of highest quality. The Bluetooth Control Unit has digital readouts for the position of the rolls.
Our machine design is made with attention to aspects like how to keep the geometry and machine size compact and yet be able to use the more sophisticated components like linear encoders of absolute type.
