Section 6(d) explanation has a few errors. It includes mutavali's right on waqf or right of mahant on property of a muth, similarly pre-emtion right in muslim law. Cannot be transferred. Similarly, 6(f) would be for a public position. Like a DCP can't transfer his public position. Overall an awesome video, as always.
