Sir timber ko to 10 -12 saal lag jaate hai ugne me, to usko harvesting karne ka time hi to mila tha, movable kyu nahi mana gaya...jaise crops ko bhi 1 saal lag hi jata hai lagbhag, to crops ko bhi immovable manna chahiye, tab registration uska bhi karwae, ya to rent-tenant ke jaise 11 mahine ka agreement. Ye case bilkul samaj nahi aaya... immovable kyu mana gaya, jab uska harvesting time hi 10-12 saal hai, motive to sirf kaatna hi tha ek limited time ke baad, jab uska time period hi wahi hai harvesting ka???

Free main tou main daalunga he poora TPA on youtube, the paid course is a lot more detailed and free videos will cover basic core concepts only. You can study from youtube for free and then do self study from books if you have time. If you want detailed explanation of each and everything and my notes and section wise tests after each topic then the paid course is for you. Basically sab thali main milega, buss khana hai tumhe. I am just saving a lot of your time and mental hard work of sorting out relevant from irreleavant in the book through my course. Education is free at YG Law youtube but coaching is paid YG Law coaching.
