sir, please provide the notes by which you are taught and also provide all case law in CPC

Sir Interlocutory orders mein jurisdiction error ho toh bhi 115 revision mein nahi ja sakte ? According to Supreme Court judgement .

decree ke case me bhi revision hota hai ya srf order ke case me

(i) Sir Section 115(1) ka proviso except k baad kya khe rha h (ii) Rafique case ka 1st point and 3rd point samajh nhi aaya (agar incompetent h Court to try the suit then it can be challenge in an appeal or in revision or in a execution proceeding)

Revision me court fees lagegi sir? Or appeal m bi lgegi court fees plaintiff ki?

Corum non judice apply hoga Kya sir

Jitne minutes ki vdo hai, usse jyada to advertisement dikha dete hai , very irritating

Court of Small causes are established under the Presidency Small Cause Courts Act-1882. As per the Act, The State Government may, by order in writing, establish a Court of Small Causes at any place within its territory. Also, these courts decide only civil cases of small value in a summary manner.

Jmic has no power to remand the case but to commit the same to higher court having the jurisdiction
